Through a diet plan or program lot of things should be kept in mind without fail, one should focus on health first and then dramatic weightless. Choose a diet that can be followed strictly. Eat slowly, avoid junk and outside food, be cautious while using supplements. Don’t rely so much on exercise. Exercise is the most difficult part when it comes to loosing weight. Exercises like burpees, explosive lunges, and squats, double jump, mountain climbers and lot more exercises that helps to lose weight. These exercises are very difficult to do. It increases the feeling of fullness, reduce hunger and help to eat fewer calories.  It affects several hormones that play a role in hunger including Ghrelin and GLP-1.  Include carrot, sweet potatoes, winter squash, cantaloupe, apricots, spinach, kale, collard greens etc.

4) Eat Fiber Rich Foods:

It helps to increase satiety, helping you feel fuller for longer. Studies say that a special kind of fiber call viscous fiber is particularly helpful in losing weight. Include items like split peas, lentils, black beans, lima beans, artichokes, broccoli and many more.

5) Drink Water Regularly:

Drinking water helps in eating less and loose weight if you drink it before meal. One study in adults found that drinking half liter of water about half an hour before meals reduce hunger and helps in eating fewer Calories.
