Although heat styling is not good for damaged hair. But for very important occasions, we need to straighten using flat irons or to curl our bangs. So it is very important to use a good heat protectant before styling the hair. It covers the cuticle layer to prevent moisture loss. Although you can completely protect the hair damage. But the heat reduces almost reduce by 50% when you apply heat protectant spray.

Avoid using Hair Dyes:

Dyeing the hair might look good. But it is not good for hair health. After hair colouring, the cuticle of the hair swells due to ammonia present in the dye. The ammonia helps the desired hair colour to enter the hair follicle.  Therefore the hair becomes damaged and rough too. But now in the market, many ammonia-free dyes are available.
